There is no doubt that the good food and even better wine are one of Follina’s strong points. Follina is located on the famous Strada del Prosecco, the wine that made the Marca Trevigiana area famous all over the world. All of the natural environment that surrounds the town can be found in Follina’s tradi-tional dishes. The famous beef skewers, prepared by Follina’s restaurateurs with centuries-old techniques, accompanied by mushrooms, typical of the surrounding hills and woods, or the pasta dishes made with field herbs, a delight to every palate. Naturally this is all accompanied by a glass of excellent Prosecco and last, but most definitely not least, the now traditional tiramisu, which was actually invented in the Marca Trevigiana many years ago.
